Don't you just hate it when you need answers and the e-commerce page you are shopping only has links and "Commonly Asked Questions?" So do I! I have seen shopping sites that provide links with only an Email that will lead to them contacting me within 24 to 48 hours. I am ready to buy now, not in several days.
