All Unique guarantees the workmanship and quality of our products. If there are defects in the product or the product is not as describe as ordered, it will be accepted for return according to the policy defined below. Note that there is a short time limit for requesting returns so please check out the products upon receipt and report problems immediately by calling (916)-686-4739 or sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with an explination or request.
No other guarantees are made. We can not guarantee the availability of any item and prices are subject to change without notice, notwithstanding published items or prices.
If you have placed an order with All Unique and wish to cancel the order, call (916) 686-4739 8-5 pacific time or Email us at email@example.com . If the order has already departed from our shipping department at the time of cancellation or the customer refuses shipment upon delivery, the customer is fully responsible and will be charged shipping to the destination and return to its origin and a $15 banking fee to re-credit your card. If the customer cancels the order before it has left our shipping department, there will be no charge.
We use PayPal exclusivly for our payment solution. You may use your credit cards, echecks and any method that PayPal accepts. If there is a problem with your payment, you will be notified immediatly and given a chance to use a different card or method.
Upon payment, you will be returned to All Unique, seemlessly. We do not keep your credit card number on file as this is held by our banking solution. We nor anyone else outside of PayPal cannot gain access to your private information. We use SSL encryption which keeps all information from prying eyes.
If you sign up and log in, we keep your name, address and email in an encrypted file. This makes it easy for you, the customer, to log back in anytime and not have to fill out everything again to make a purchase or check tracking for a product you have ordered.
Returns and adjustments:
Damaged or defective products. Upon receipt of a damaged shipping container, you must contact the carrier immediately. Save the original packaging and do not use the damaged items. Use of the items voids your guarantee and will prevent you from receiving a replacement.
In the event that damaged or defective items are to be returned, it is essential that you contact us within 5 days after receipt of shipment to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without this number clearly written on the shipping label outside of the packaging. In the case of damaged or defective merchandise, we will pay for the return shipping via a return authorization slip that will accompany the replacement. The UPS man will place it on the package and take it with him. Every effort to replace the item(s) with identical product is taken. If such is not available, you may receive your payment back or substitute any available item of equal value. If you choose a more expensive item, the value of the returned item will be credited to the new order and you will be charged for the excess cost. If you choose an item of lesser value, no additional credit or return of partial payment will be afforded.
Return of items other than damaged or defective. If you wish to return an item for any reason other than above, you must contact us within 5 days after receipt of shipment and obtain a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number will not be issued if return request is received after 5 days following shipment receipt. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number clearly displayed on the shipping label outside of the returned package. All such items must be returned to us by prepaid shipping and are subject to a $15 Crediting fee and a 10% re-stocking charge. We will not credit shipping and handling charges. Merchandise designed for a particular holiday, e.g., A holiday styled telephone for Christmas, and purchased before that specific holiday may not be returned for any reason after that holiday has passed. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Warranties: Return of items within the warranty: Please call (916) 686-4739 and explain the problem. You will be given an RMA to place on the shipping label and where to send the unit for "in warranty service".
We reserve the right to either repair or replace the item. It is important you keep your original shipping materials, papers, warranties, etc. until your warranty period has expired. Units returned in other than their original packaging with all papers and styrofoam and warranty info and instructions, are not authorized for replacement and can only be repaired and returned in the packaging provided.
