Shipping & Returns
  • All Unique, a certified and registered E-Commerce site, goes to great length to satisfy our customers and to provide a variety of products from all over the world.
  • Each product group has it's own warranty policy as described in the box your merchandise arrives in. You should get a warranty certificate and phone number for the warranty station you contact in the event of an in-warranty failure. If not, please advise us so we can have those materials sent to you.
  • All items we sell, have a 30 return policy. You may return a defective item for replacement or repair as determined by the manufacturer.  All such items must be returned at your expense along with insurance if past the 30 day time period, with the exception of some "High Ticket" items which may have a one year warranty.    If the item arrives at your destination with obvious shipping damage, the appropriate delivery service should be notified for an inspection of the box, the packing and the item damaged. Then contact us for a replacement or repair as is determined by the manufacturer. If sent a replacement, when it arrives, it will be accompanied with a "Call Tag".  Be sure your damaged item is in it's original box and packing and with all paperwork plus a statement of damage from UPS or whoever delivered the item. When the delivery person leaves the new unit, remove the Call Tag from the box the new unit is in, and apply it to the return unit . Have the delivery person  take the damaged item with them, or find out from them where to take it for shipment. There may be some deviations from the proceedure mentioned above. The price of the unit, amount of insurance, carrier, etc may require a different variation of the above proceedure. Please call first and make arraingements and get your return materials authorization.
  • If you are returning a unit for reasons other than damage or non-operation, it must have an RMA# on the return label. This is a number only we can issue and without it on the label, the unit will be returned to you at your expense. This means, you must call, fax, or email us and explain  the reason  you wish to return the unit. We will issue the number and it is your responsibility to affix it to the return label. Without it, we have no idea who you are or what you want. We are not responsible for an item damaged in transit from you or lost in the mail system. All units that are returned, will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
  • Warranty items should be handled in accordance to the warranty form in the box.
  • Be certain that the returned item is complete, including warranty cards, manuals, etc. If any return  items are missing the original packing/box,  or the warranty card is written on, or if the package is damaged,  you will be assessed an additional  minimum 15% handling  charge and/or we reserve the right to not accept an item for return if it is in unsellable condition when received. ( The factory will not accept improperly packed or mistreated items for exchange to us)
  • No returns or refunds on Used & Open Box items. These items will be clearly marked on the sales page so you know if it is an open box sale. (explained with the item being purchased)
